What to Expect

Interested in getting more support for your child in English or Mathematics?

Before support sessions begin, I assess your child’s understanding and skills to determine his or her unique learning needs. Using that data, I create an individualised learning plan tailored to specific goals and challenges.

Many of my students have undergone psychological testing. If your child has relevant educational testing reports, these will help establish the initial learning plan. I am also happy to collaborate with your child's teacher to better understand classroom performance and how I can best support your child. 

Each session is designed to build confidence, foster progress, and provide the tools necessary for long-term academic success.  Lessons are focused on English or Mathematics and typically last 55 minutes, depending on the student's age and attention span. For students requiring support in English and Mathematics, I suggest scheduling two sessions when possible. To keep learning engaging and effective, I incorporate multi-sensory techniques and games to support skill development and deepen understanding.

I can utilise the innovative Forbrain® device during sessions. This cutting-edge technology uses auditory stimulation to improve concentration and enhance the learning experience.
